How do I order Venzy online?

Just follow these simple steps:
–       Click on Order Now.
–       Select Pickup Outlet.
–       Select items from the menu.
–       Checkout, pay and we’ll prepare the drinks for you!

Can I make changes or cancel my order after placing an order?

You may change or cancel your order via the respective store phone number, provided that the ordered items have not yet prepared.

How will I know if Venzy has received my online order?

An order confirmation SMS will be sent to your registered phone number once your order has been submitted.
(If you can’t receive any SMS, please call the respective store phone number if you require further assistance)

How much time does it take for Venzy to prepare after placing an order?

We strive to prepare our service as fast as we can to meet your needs. The completed time may vary depending on the status of the stores. The estimated time of completion will be shown in every order you place online.

What are the payment options available for Venzy?
