Return And Refund Policy

1.0 Return

You have 5 minutes to return the drink upon receiving it. Kindly check to ensure the drink is in good condition, and if you are not satisfied, kindly return the drink without open back to the store within 5 minutes in order to be entitled for return. Once we capture that the drink has been returned, you will receive a notification on through our mobile app.

2.0 Refunds

Refund is applicable for return of drink. For return, once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Once your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
